Shredded Coaching is a fitness and coaching application.

The Train Solo feature can be used without creating an account or logging in. Additional coaching features are available to Shredded coaching clients and require an account provided through their coach.

If you use the coaching features of Shredded Coaching, we may collect and process information associated with your coaching account.

Shredded Coaching does not currently offer purchases directly within the app.

Payments for coaching or related services, where applicable, are handled outside the app through separate services and payment providers.

Shredded does not directly receive or store full payment card details through the Shredded Coaching app.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

For coaching accounts, account information may generally be retained while the account is active.

When an eligible deletion request is completed, personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Certain information may remain temporarily in secure backups. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days before being overwritten or permanently deleted in accordance with our backup processes.

Users with a Shredded Coaching account may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, subject to applicable legal requirements and the backup retention described above.

Deleting a Shredded Coaching account removes the user's app account and associated data where applicable.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel or terminate any separate coaching agreement, membership, subscription, or other contractual arrangement entered into outside the app. Users should contact their coach or relevant service provider regarding any separate agreement.
